Returns & Refunds

Policy summary adapted from Michaels Return Policy for purchases on this online store.

If your purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may request a return within 60 days of purchase. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging (except defective merchandise where required by law).

How to start a return

1. Log into your account and open Order History.
2. Select the order and choose Return.
3. Select items, return reason, and condition. Add notes or photos if needed.
4. Submit the return to receive next steps and refund timing.

Refunds

• Applicable tax for returned items is included with your refund.
• Original shipping and handling may be deducted unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.
• Exchanges are not offered; please return the item and place a new order.

Important exceptions

• Opened trading cards are not returnable.
• Gift cards / prepaid cards are not returnable except where required by law.
• Cut fabric is final sale except where required by law.
• Clearance items sold AS IS are final sale.
• Certain machine brands (for example Cricut or Glowforge) may require unopened packaging or manufacturer support for defects during warranty.

We reserve the right to limit returns when necessary to prevent fraud or abuse.
